Quick Start Guide

Get your booking system up and running in minutes

When you first sign in, you'll need to complete onboarding. This guide walks through the process.

By the end of onboarding, you'll have:

  • Your store details and location configured
  • Trading hours set
  • Services configured for booking
  • Resources (rooms, practitioners, etc.) linked to services
  • A public booking page ready for customers

Before You Start

You'll need:

  • Your store's address and contact details
  • Your operating hours
  • The services you want to offer (with durations and optional pricing) and when you want them to be available

Prefilled Information

Many details may already be prefilled based on information you provided previously or settings configured by your organisation. During onboarding, you'll see a Prefilled indicator on fields that have been automatically populated.

Some fields may also be locked by your organisation to ensure consistency across stores - these will show a lock icon and cannot be edited at the store level.

You can review prefilled information and adjust any unlocked fields as needed.

Time to Complete

Onboarding takes approximately 5-10 minutes, though this may be quicker if your organisation has prefilled information for you.

What's Covered

Onboarding covers the most common configuration tasks. Additional settings for advanced scenarios can be accessed in the platform after completing onboarding.

After Onboarding

Once complete, you can update your configuration in the Settings section of the main application. For detailed information about each feature, see the Booking Setup Guide.
